The University of San Diego School of Law’s Appellate Moot Court program is managed by the Executive Board and Associate Board.
Executive Board
All Executive Board members will compete in one or more of the nine national tournaments in which USD participates each year. Additionally, the Executive Board is responsible for organizing two intramural moot court tournaments and one national moot court tournament.
Associate Board
All Associate Board members will compete in both intramural moot court tournaments. Some Associate Board members will earn the opportunity to compete on a national team with Executive Board members. Associate Board members are afforded the opportunity to hone legal writing and oral advocacy skills through training sessions, seminars, national team practice observation, and other resources. Additionally, Associate Board members assist the Executive Board in hosting the three tournaments organized by the Appellate Moot Court Board.
